My name is David Carter and I advise end-user companies on recruitment strategy, providing as much or as little help as you require in filling business critical vacancies, whether permanent or contract.

Unlike recruitment agencies, I do not provide a database search facility, preferring instead to work directly with clients in attracting the very best candidates in direct response to advertisements.

Each recruitment campaign is handled differently, according to your own needs and budget.

As a freelance recruiter, I can offer you a far more flexible and personal service than any recruitment agency.

Fees can be charged on a day rate basis or success-only based on a percentage of commencing salary.
