Recruitment advertising has changed dramatically with the introduction of online
job sites coupled with a never ending choice of specialist publications.
It's easy and increasingly common, for a hiring manager to waste thousands of
Pounds simply by selecting the wrong media.

Add to that the fact that most managers aren't necessarily experienced in copy writing and the risk
of failure is considerably increased.
A recruitment advertisement needs to sell the job to the most relevant candidates
and it needs to call the candidates to action, making them want to apply for the position.
