Freelance Recruitment Fees

When all's said and done, this page is one of the most frequently visited, so I know that like most of my visitors, you're probably interested in knowing how much my services cost.

It's only right that you should know, as you're buying a service.

Cost is important.

The good news is that using my services won't cost you any more than using any professional recruitment company.

The bad news is that it probably won't cost you less either.

However, I believe that my recruitment process is so far superior to the normal agency approach, that you will save considerable amounts of time and money by using my freelance recruitment services.

If I'm working on what's known as a "contingency basis", that means I get a fee only if I successfully introduce a candidate to you, who you subsequently employ, then my fee for that is based on 20% of the commencing salary only. (That means no charge for cars and other perks).

Alternatively, I offer a day rate service starting at £800, but this does depend on the role and where the assignment is conducted.

Junior and unskilled positions are not covered. The minimum salary level is around £40,000.

How does that compare with the competition? Well, I don't know, but you might have noticed that this site carries ads and links from all kinds of recruitment companies, that's how confident I am that my service is so different and yet still competitive.

Remember though, that I am as selective about the companies I work with as you are and I limit the amount of assignments I work on to a very small number each year - far less than you might expect.
